 AKPK, debt issue, anyone got a question to ask them?

so we pay through the AKPK customer portal = the "maybank2u" link there right ?

But when i login to my usual maybank2u, i could not find the Bill Payment to AKPK like before.

May i know how you make payment in Maybank2u ?

is it a must for us to inform the financial institution that we already enrolled into AKPK? or AKPK will inform them and no action required from us to inform them?

to all sifu, i'm planing to apply the AKPK debt management programme. is that true for this programme, if we do early settlement (after 1 year). we will enjoy 30% rebate of the outstanding principal amount ?

i may have missed that info previously or i may be wrong.
but i think "Where got such good offer of 30% rebate after 1 yr...."

where did you get that info?

i think in page 135 has some mentions of discount issues....
try read to have some info while you wait for responses....

AKPK will contact to notify all banks you owe. All credit cards will be cancelled.

received an email from AKPK saying that my application has approved.

Please be informed that your DMP application has been approved. Please proceed to activate your customer portal at https://customer.akpk.org.my by clicking Forgot Password and fill up the required information.

Is this a normal procedure from AKPK?
