I enrolled into tele counselling at 3pm today, but they never call so i call to their hotline and ask about it. They say allow five days to wait for the counselor to call, anyone encounter this before?

Just be careful, as read before... There maybe possibilities of some people calling to try getting you to get their service to "settle" debt problems... Which may end as scams.

I called in AKPK hotline, they say I have made the appointment today 3pm, its just that I will need to give 5 days for the counselor to call me back lol

so in the meantime while you wait, just becareful...for the "counselor" may be from other entities....

anyone got hsbc officer in charge of akpk ? not sure why hsbc already not inside my akpk list ? maybe payment finish ? now repayment less rm120

What this mean ? i never apply any partial settlement.Or i already finish pay back to 1 of the bank ? coz i saw 1 of the bank not in the payment list in akpk account

How to add new facilities into existing DMP plan?

before mco i didnt receive any letter or text saying my bank loans suspended due to moratorium so i continued bank in to akpk. Now i received letters from bank saying my loan extended due to moratorium. so what happened to the 6 months payment? i can skip 6 months payment or my loan will supposely end 6 months earlier?

You have to fix an appointment with akpk again. Go down to their office and submit the application

Beware, if the "counselor" want to charge you for their service, it's not "original" AKPK counselor.
Bare in mind ----> AKPK service is FREE!!!

just now i login AKPK portal want to make payment, noticed the "current installment"everything show zero.

i not yet pay the Oct 2020 intallment.

last week it show the instalment sum, and this week zero.

what happend?

i had no problem to view the letter in my phone. it might be upload by akpk.

mine also same just pay as usual to prevent laps..

Lately AKPK Customer portal keep showing different weird info, so scare to make payment also.

Donno what is going on with their website, every week show different thing, so confusing.
