AKPK, debt issue, anyone got a question to ask them?

I enrolled into tele counselling at 3pm today, but they never call so i call to their hotline and ask about it. They say allow five days to wait for the counselor to call, anyone encounter this before?

Buy CTOS report on the 17th of the month - to get the most updated report. If you buy on 1st March, you will not get February report - they will send you January report. anyone got hsbc officer in charge of akpk ? not sure why hsbc already not inside my akpk list ? maybe payment finish ? now repayment less rm120

before mco i didnt receive any letter or text saying my bank loans suspended due to moratorium so i continued bank in to akpk. Now i received letters from bank saying my loan extended due to moratorium. so what happened to the 6 months payment? i can skip 6 months payment or my loan will supposely end 6 months earlier?

Bare in mind ----> AKPK service is FREE!!!

just now i login AKPK portal want to make payment, noticed the "current installment"everything show zero.
i not yet pay the Oct 2020 intallment.
last week it show the instalment sum, and this week zero.
what happend?
