Just now called with Citibank AKPK department, at first the girl die die also said no discount. then i asked her to talk to superior , she later then told me can discount like this:
RM4220 ---> RM4,000
RM1330 ---> RM1,200

should i accept or anyone know how or who should we contact in order to get higher discount ? I think this girl's department seems like not that know the waiver or discount. Please advise. I want to settle asap.

Can advise the number or person to look for ?

No bro, i didn't get any discount.. I just pay the amount that the CITI officer told me.
I did ask for discount, and she also die die said no discount for my case...

I don't want to drag for too long, and I just clear my debts on the next day... =)

If you read back some few pages... There have mentions that it can be no issue once the ccrisn xtos are cleared... If can try get loans from banks that are not from those that got you into akpk earlier

and, I received hsbc release letter, but havent update in AKPK.
HSBC will update it with AKPK is it ?

hi, fairly new to AKPK. my total outstanding balance for 4 credit cards is around 20k. my counselor enrolled me into a 5 years DMP programme which i need to pay 500 monthly. (if add up 5 years total will be 30k).. it will be more than i have owe

i'm so confused right now..

they have interest charged, thus definitely the total sump repaid will be more than what you owed
