If i want to check my debt balance, should i check with akpk or with bank?... coz looking at bank statement, looks like they are charging interest as normal... Am planning to do settlement for some of the banks...do banks give some sort of rebate for early settlement?
You can firstly check from ccris/BNM, this gives you overall. On balance, the statement will show as normal, as it is standard calculation for all statement to be printed. For actual balance / settlement, you can go to the bank / HQ and look for settlement department on loan/cc, they will need to recalculate all and give you a price. You can try to nego with them direct. Once you have the settlement, you should get a letter from bank that you are released.
Provide this letter back to AKPK via online.

If one is under AKPK, there is no way to apply loan for car purchase?
Nope... that is the down side as no loan will be approved.

Hi, if I’m under the AKPK program. Can I sign a housing S&P but without applying any housing loan from bank?
You can.
