[Im sorry if this is not the correct section. Admin have the right to remove this post.]
I have been jobless since 2010 after I return to Sabah from Peninsular. Not being picky, any related job would do, even if the salary difference is huge, but still no luck.
Been doing some some frelance job with inconsistent pay since then. I only started working a steady job in mid 2016 with RM1400/m salary.
I have unpaid bank debt since 2011 for the following:
Credit Card - RM17000 (4 cards in total)
Car Loan - RM15000
1. Can I still go to AKPK?
2. From some reading over the net, debt over 32k is subject to bankruptcy. Am i bankrupt now?
No letter from bank (I used Semenanjung address), i also have changed my number so less debt collector call.
Thank you in advance.
From the info you gave here...i have some questions though.I have been jobless since 2010 after I return to Sabah from Peninsular. Not being picky, any related job would do, even if the salary difference is huge, but still no luck.

1. you mentioned that you have unpaid CC and car loan since 2011. Do you still paying the payment / car loan? as now already 2019 and I assume you are still paying it to the banks.
2. bankrupt limit revised but if you did not pay any single cent since, then most likely u have got saman from court to attend a session before they announce you a bankruptcy in general knowledge. why not go print out BNM report to see status.
my above points could be wrong where you as of now has this Credit Card and Car loan which you are paying. Since you have a steady job, and you can apply akpk and see how they can help.
*dragging on is no good for you as it is not fun to be in bankrupt status.
