Owh.. I got canon mp258, already install with CISS when purchased with local shop, but there is leakage of ink.. when i check the cartridges, one of them is loose tube(color)..

I already fix this by get a new tube cap, but this doesn't solved the leakage problem.
So this refillable cartridges can be used to fix this problem?

it's better u cover the red hole and drill another facing left...

drill another hole at the left of the original one? i already buy the hole cap, but the there is still leakage and the cartridge can't be detected (error).

what happen to me is that the cartridge not detect because of the cover closing...

it will some how touch the hole i drill.. wat i did is that i cover that hole and re-drill another 1 facing left hand side and everything is working fine till now..

the leakage u get might also because of the closure of the cap which push the ink out..

by the way i am using IP2770, and i guess all the cannon design is the same..



i've lookup a few youtube on the installation and didn't know why some of them wanna drill the hole for red not on the middle till i figure it out myself..

the leakage mostly red, other color also got leak but not as much as red

I think it have to be drill a bit to the left (red) because the tube cap will block the cartridge lock lid.
