Good Vista image resizer

I'm looking for a good Window Vista image resizer just like XP's power toy Powertoy XP
Is there one for Vista? I want a simple image resizer, like uhmm...just right click on the pic and it will let me resize on preset or customize the resolution~ I'm using ACDSee for now, but I find it a bit slower than Powertoy XP |

coz paint really sucks, and i wan to resize a whole bunch of pics at once.. |

I used a batch resizer before. Forgot the name, but you can also add watermark to the pictars. A freeware as well
