When I was in Auckland, I always cut my hair at an Asian outlet because ang moh stylists are extremely bad with asian hair.

after my cut, they always shape my eye brows, saying that its part of the whole process in hair styling.

Any takers on this? I think it makes a guy look more refined, neater and what not.

Who here goes for shaping and how much does it cost?

any feedback?

That is what I call great service, sir, as most hairstylist here only styles hair. May I know how much you paid for the whole package and how is the outcome of the eyebrow shaping?

my ex used to just clear up my unibrows, which i think is compulsory with all males to make it look neater. however, shaping it like making an arch or making a line is just too much.

I don't know any place that does haircuts AND eyebrow shaping for men. What I usually do is get my haircut and get them threaded separately. Threading costs between 8-10 ringgit, haircut-depends on where you cut tongue.gif

I think it's an good idea if you have messy or very bushy eyebrows, or if you have the dreaded monobrow. Just tell them what your preference is (ie, just a cleanup or how fine you want it to be at the ends).

my eyebrows are like fat caterpillars.
very thick too.

after i threaded it felt much nicer and neater

and to guys: FEMALES realize it because they spend heaps of time on their eyes to know others.

where about can u find these places? only in those like manicure padicure places?

Trimmed eye brows = man who can take proper care of himself.

Thick unruly eye brows is so yesteryear, please, we are not in the stone age. And thick eye brows dims your assets, don't you guys love 'releasing lightning strikes' to the girls, image our horrors when we look at you and see a bunch of wild bushes instead? tongue.gif

Hello everyone,

Read through this thread and was wondering if there are any updates and new places doing eyebrow threading for men.
I actually called The Strip (Bangsar) and I was told that they only do waxing.

I'm interested to try threading but want to make sure that I go to professionals that have experience doing this for men, because I don't want to come out having women's eyebrows... sweat.gif

Any new places to recommend ?

Thanks !!!

Followed my female friends and had my first threading at Glitters, One Utama (Old Wing) http://www.glitters.com.my/bhs.html

Not sure if they specialize in male brow but I think the result is quite ok? haha

I used to do it in Browhaus Manila before leaving for KL. I had it once in SG too. They specialize in Men's brows. Too bad, they don't have a branch here yet. I'll keep on checking and let you guys know.

Guys you can try eyebrow treading/waxing at truefitt hill at bangsar shopping complex

Treading / waxing = Rm30
Reshaping = rm50

Only Males : )

Strip - publika , lot10 , bangsar

Eyebrow waxing = RM38

Midv - 1floor below celebrity fitness gym ( eyebrow embroidery something ) ...rm38 but they only do reshaping using blade * not waxing more like shaving *
