can ddr 2 mobo p5kpl-am match with a ddr3,4,5 GC?

will it have anything like the GC RUN too fast then mobo cant catch up or wat? will wasted? ok then next is, y i can see GALAXY havin gtx260 and other brand also having it? example http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1115880 this brand... is it copied from galaxy or wat? only ati GC more special... sry very noob question..

can a ddr3 P5P43-TD mobo slotted with a GC with galaxy ddr2 9500gt? will the GC spoil or any unsynchronise thingy happen? like the GC will lag behind mobo that is fast cause is ddr 3?

wanna ask GTX 260+oc is better or ati 4770 better? because i see 4770 have lower bit than GTX 260 but higher GPU and RAMDAC than GTX 260.. which is more important? bit is for the detail of the picture or gaming rite? then wat does GPU and ramdac for? gpu is for monitor? and ramdac is for the speed?
