low level format is the slow format (i think), the first time formatting hdd it is best to use low level format, it doesn't increase performance or anything it is just a simplest format way that takes much longer time.

no no no, GPU is the chip it self graphic card is the card with pcb and the chip and all those memory stuff etc. just like CPU is the chip only, motherboard is not included.
overclock is set something to run faster than the original speed, it produce more speed and heat and voids warranty in most case. |

he aint comparing hd lcd tv and tv, he is comparing lcd tv and lcd monitor. LCD TV is big but the supported resolution compare to the size of it is small. however the price is cheap compared to the size of it. So in concluding, if u have the budget, get a lcd monitor instead of a tv, but if your budget disallow it then get a tv.

running two or four ram in different channel so that they can run with more bandwidth instead of 64 they get 128 bandwidth.
With new processors and motherboards, triple channel also possible using i7 or i5 |

i think is driver issue not the processor bottlenecking. update to latest driver and try again. about the 4pin issue, if your graphic card power mainly is not depend on the motherboard then no nid really plug in 8 EPS. if possible update your motherboard driver also.
