Hi, I wanted to know if there's any TV card out there that can allow me to view TV programmes without actually connecting to a real TV? Like just plug in a TV card into my PC, fix it up with an antenna and just install driver in my PC, start enjoy TV.
So far I've do alot of research and readings but I'm still not quite sure I had the answer yet. Would appreciate some great helps. |
