i have 1 noob question.
how to claim warranty after warranty 1 year from shop finish? say that the hardware got 3 years warranty.

i know la RMA..
but where to send if warranty from shop finish.
cz usually shop only provide 1 year warranty rite? another remaining 2 years goes to distri?
eg, hardware from gigabyte including MoBo, GC etc.. (i'm jz asking)
