and if i put the subwoofer at the floor...will the magnetic field affect the hardware inside cpu?

because i got a HTPC but i want to use for gaming and sometime for watching movie

Seriously..IF my spec need like 650Watt...
do i need to make it 700Watt to ensure there are extra to use

intel i7 920
Asus P6T
6GB DDR3 Ram (3X2GB)
MSI GTX275
250GB 7200RPM SATA HDD

Going to overclock..any suggestion?
