E8400 can achieve higher bus speed, not to mention the extra 3mb L2 cache. But for people like me who own un-overclock-able RAMs, E7300 will work better since it has higher multiplier

CPU: C2D E7300 overclockable to 3.6ghz daily with slight higher voltage or 3.3ghz with stock voltage
MBo: Biostar TP45 RAM: 2x2GB KVR800 GPU: HD4850 PSU: Vantec Ion2+ 550W Total would be around RM1590 |

It costs around RM420 or less... E8400 can go very high like 4.5ghz but considering KVR can't overclock much, better go for lower processor with more multiplier like E7300

I'm on 9800GTX+ SLI and E7300 @ 3.6ghz daily 24/7 on. My electric bill is only <RM70 with air-conditioner on 12hours average per day and loads of lights.
