Topman has crappy quality.

Uniqlo has quite a few authentic licensed anime tees (Evangelion, One Piece) and some Disney tees. Although, you will have to wait till around November when they open their first flagship store in Malaysia.

The jam is still somewhat bearable if you go there using Jalan Bukit Bintang via Jalan Tun Razak during certain hours. Although, I don't know how much Fahrenheit88 will add to the bulk of the traffic in that area once it opens.

By the way, there are also a few sellers selling anime tees in our forum's Trade Section. Try conducting a search there.
