ur 1gb memory is it both 512 and ur 2 gb memory is it only one slot?

i'm not sure whether dual channel of combining both memory will have better effects in terms of speed.

from the macrumors...they recommend crucial....but forumers has been using kingston, mushkin and cosair rams....all of them are alright...

for me, i opt for kingston because apple rams are actually from kingston (for certain models)

in lowyat....2gb ddr2 667 ram currently i think around 50 + for one piece...

kingston should be alright..don't worry about it...for previous c2duo model like santa rosa or penryn model, i think they all use kingstons if i'm not wrong....
