Do you guys think I'd be able to find any pairs of these in Macau(physical stores) or London(physical stores+websites)? If so, could you guys point me in the right direction please? I'm open to any brands as I'm relatively new, as much help would be greatly appreciated, thank you all!

Just bought a pair of TFH 1001s. I'm new to the entire raw denim scene but I was told to soak them in water of about 70 degrees for 3 hours with a change of water every hour. Is that correct?

They're a size 32 which I feel is a just perfect fit. I'm afraid that they will stretch and become extremely loose in the long run. Is there anyway I can ensure they shrink more before I soak them?

Thanks guys!

I think you better let them stretch a bit, won't be extremely loose.
At least it's not very tight, then you can't wear anymore.
If a little big you can always wear a belt, or do some alteration.

Wait, at the moment they are brand new. So now, before I can wear them I have to soak them right? When I soak them they will definitely shrink then as I wear them they will begin to stretch. Right now I'm worried I bought a big size because I'm only a 29-30 whereas these FHs are 32. In other words, I didn't size DOWN but I sized UP. The jeans are a perfect fit around the waist now though, they don't drop or fall even without a belt.

but as u wear em it will stretch out..so when buying unsanforized denim u should account for shrinkage and stretch as well...but its ok though...u can soak em..but the tags are still intact yes? if so i think u can send back to change the size...

Nope, they were from HK so no possibility of a return at this stage. I only took note of the sales assistant's advice who said that 30 was too tight since they were strangling around the waist and it was quite difficult to button up.

How should I soak them? Cold/warm water? Is it absolutely necessary to soak them in a bath tub?
