erm city using DBW as opposed to vios which is cable

DBW there will be a tiny bit of lag before the power kicks in..
and when the power kicks in, it is delivered in a linear way....
which is exactly how contis deliver their power...
so actually its not city that is underpowered, its because the way how the power is delivered
smile.gif

cable is instant response and with that u get a jerkier ride

dear boy too,
http://translate.google.com.my/translate?h...l%3Den%26sa%3DN

actually 'drive by wire' tech was invented long time ago and most current ECU car equip this tech. toyota official web wun state this out even for their camry site.

u can bend down to check yr petal side see is wire or cable.
*
wow a dealer site and u can use that as credible source, i expected better actually
smile.gif

who dont know how and when drive by wire is invented?
smile.gif

and sorry, no car or even vehicle that i know of has petal..
so can u kindly let me know how do i check for petal ?

give, dun believe
show, dun admit
explain, dun research

knowledge is beyong unlimited, sometime talk to some person found out really unbelievable.

if someone still keep living in his own world, belief is still at his right-arm to believe. good luck smile.gif

if a dealer site is used to backup your claims/research...
i pretty much doubt the "research" that you are doing..
smile.gif

research means going through technical specs/data that is directly linked to a manufacturer....
not a dealer whose main objective is to SELL SELL SELL with what so ever means

Pls guys.. this thread is not for flaming each other. Let's get back to the topic of the car.
*
lol
its not flaming...

its waiting to be proven wrong but the other party apparently could not grasp the meaning behind it which is unfortunate for them...
smile.gif

===========

i could not get a test drive today even tho i am literally the first customer in the showroom cuz apparently i was too early and the person who is holding the key to the test drive car has yet to arrive..

so i ended up checking out the lower spec car....

edit:
i tried to "undertable" the SA to bump me to the top of the delivery list if i am buying one, but he is having non of it...
very ethical of him...

Yea.. i know what u mean. I've seen my fair share of ppl like that in other threads in LYN. Pretty annoying.
Hahahah! A 'lil hard to "undertable" at the moment since the demand for the car is pretty good. Nice try though...  rclxms.gif
*
yeap, exactly.... those ppl are all talk and no show...

for this new city, it will be hard to undertable but i believe sure there will be people who insist to undertable cuz they want to be the first to be seen with a new city on the road... u know la, malaysians...
laugh.gif

i have tested the jazz 1.5 i-vtec with paddle shift...
power is strong for a 1.5 class car...

i expect that the power to be the same with the city since both are running the same engine and weight quite closely to each other...
until i test it out for a comparison, i can only imagine...
