QUOTE(sysh @ Jan 12 2009, 11:43 PM) I got some from my SA. Referred a colleague thru him, and he also gave to my colleague. My SA told me he'll throw in the door visor. I said okay but called him today and changed my mind. I asked him to give me the boot tray instead. He said okay. I just think it's more practical to have the boot tray in the long run compared to the door visor.Too bad I never asked for referral fee. I just think it's more practical to have the boot tray in the long run compared to the door visor. I think the boot tray is more useful, but the door visor will give the car a nicer look (cos you can actually see it).I'm going to buy the boot tray anyway, since for RM200.. more than enough to cover from the discount my SA gave to me. The door visor? Will buy later |

QUOTE(ZeroSP @ Jan 13 2009, 12:20 AM) I thought someone got Door Visor that worth 320... Anyone got illuminated side step that costs 600? Haha I tried asking for the side step but no luck!! Blardy expensive. Besides, it looks nice now but when the metal plate gets all scratched up from getting in and out of the car, don't think it'll look that great. To all those who's getting tinting, please get safety/security tint for your side windows. Crime rates are high and you don't want to fall victim to snatch theft or people trying to steal your car by breaking in. Safety first people. I'm installing Captor in my car the moment I get it. You know la, new car one the road attracts a lot of attention, including unwanted ones. Give me peace of mind. People out there got itchy fingers and red eyes. |

Hi guys..
My SA called last week to confirm that my loan hv been approved and asked me to sign some documents today (monday afternoon). All payments have been made. My car should be arriving at Damansara (Wisma Mofaz) sometime next week.. Most probably Tuesday.. I should be able to get MY CITY by the end of the week.. Yeehaaa!! Still need to decide on which tint to use... (My SA deal) 3M or V-Cool for RM1500 (Normal market price RM1800 - RM1900 - medium end, not the high end one) My budget should be around ~RM1500 Any recommendations? |

QUOTE(sysh @ Jan 12 2009, 10:33 AM) If you want to maintain at a certain low gear when you drive up / down Genting Highlands.. I suggest you stick to (S) mode 'cos in that mode, the gear will not shift unlike in (D) mode, unless you just want to drop a gear from 5 to 4 to overtake a car I've been told by my friend who driving previous 2gen's City. He said even if he use Paddle Shift Mode (S) the gear will auto shift unlike Honda Civic 2.0, it won't change the gear until you do so. So you mean this new City won't change the gear even RPM reached "Red line" (if possible) like current Civic 2.0? I'm not sure how true is my friend's statement. QUOTE(silverarrows @ Jan 12 2009, 10:17 PM) That's what you get for good price, right? QUOTE(zweimmk @ Jan 12 2009, 11:00 PM) Quite surprising considering there's a huge number of vkool users (including myself) which don't have this problem. Then again, I have never kept a car longer than 4 years so I won't ever get to see what happens after 5 years. Haha, yeah. You're right. I thought of getting Llumar also.By the luck of the draw, maybe you're just unlucky. For your next Honda ride, make sure you get Llumar. At first, I thought my dad is unlucky. Who knows my mum and my car kena also. And search in forum, looks like a lot of people also.
