hey guys.. my SA called me today and he said when the 1st batch of new honda city is out, the previous gen of honda city will get discount up to 7k. =.=''
85.8k - 7k - RM625 = around RM78k plus 2 years free service = 1.5k
so it's only 76.5k for Honda City Vtec!! and will be getting car in 2 weeks time
Auooo.... those who bought few months ago, they gonna shout =.=''  doh.gif
*
WOW, 1 week ago they were only giving 3k discount and I was told the whole Malaysia only left about 7-8 units of th old city.

Anyway, where can we see all these car delivered? Would love to drop by and have a look at the new City with different colors for comparison.

so you all seems like arguing toyota and honda, to me.... both are trusted brand and have their good in every model.
anyhow... any of their bad points are still better than our "homemade" car, tongue.gif

ultimately Honda and Toyota are out there to make money. Cars produced based on market demand and which segment they wish to cover. I have no doubt both companies can create the perfect car for every single one here. The question is, can you afford it?

I kinda have the feeling that Honda and Toyota are watching this forum, probably they are happy with so many feedbacks from the market, may it good or bad.

Colors that easily dirty and scratch:

Dark Blue
Yellow
Medium / Dark Grey
Red
PMM
Black
White

Dark colors look better than light colors after a polish but require regular waxing and cleaning maintenance. Black looks best after polishing, but it is also the color that requires most care because the color will jar if proper care is not taken and scratches are more noticible on black than any other color.

The following colors are easiest to maintain. Silver is especially common but is recommended for people are lazy or just too busy to wash their car regularly:

Silver
Light Beige / Desert Mica / Champagne gold
Light Blue
*
Good advise. Here is my conclusion after some consideration on the colors. Color option is very much depending on the driver's personality. Rather than the colors' characteristic as explained above which I think will come secondary. It's about the driver ultimately.

Blue is very suitable for female especially if she's a hot chick. hahaha.

PMM/Black are for guys especially if you are a hot hunks. Will enhance the driving experiance.

Silver/Bold Beige are for family/business people.

What do you think?

I heard someone said a light color car would helped to save a little bit fuel consumption compared to a darker color car. TRUE?
*
Possibly. Even so, savings may not be that significant?

Guys,

I just confirmed a buyer for my existing car. Anyone here knows how to DIY for car ownership transfer?

It will be 100% cash payment from my buyer but I still have some loan repayment left with the bank.

Where should I begin?

Please advise. Thanks guys.

Went to HM to see my City, ready to go next week. Saw black, PMM and BBM next to each other. BBM really stood out from the rest.
