They won't claim responsibility, but they can claim the warranty for you since they outsource it for you. But the problem now is do you want to send your car to warranty if problem arises? Do you have the time and patience? If 1 or 2 times is okie. What if the problem happens again and again after you've claimed? My patience with V-Kool is running out. It's not that I don't want to claim, but I kind of losing faith in them.

I'm going to give them ultimatum this time when I claim. If problem still arises, I'm going to ask them to tear it off and refund me the money. Bloody f*cking conman with dumb workmanship and quality.

I told my SA (although all my 3 cars are not done by my SA), he said not only I'm complaining about V-Kool, but many. That's why Honda dealers in KL are starting to push for 3M. Now left only small town Honda dealers are dealing with V-Kool. Well, it depends on dealer manager too.

It's up to you. You may try to find a user - AmuroRay. He's doing EcoTint. 10 years warranty. 1x longer than V-Kool.

I'm not sure, but try asking your SA for more info. Maybe he has friends to recommend/intro to you.

Dream on then. CKD cars will NEVER have sunroof.
Look at Accord, Civic, CR-V, City and Jazz. All CKD.
So far, only Odyssey, Stream and Accord 3.5 are CBU, and they come with sunroof.

Very hard too. Just like PMM. Luckily they brought in CBU Accord 3.5. Otherwise, where do we find PMM in M'sia?
