it stated that the opening will be towards the end of month. my personal suggestion is to go there during the singapore great sales, commencing from end of may/early june till july. you may get some discount during that season.

also, try to take a flight to singapore rather than by coach/car. you can even claim back the VAT at the airport. nowadays the flight ticket is getting more and more affordable it sometimes even cheaper than taking a coach.

If you are referring to starch sprays such as Easy On (pictured below) for starching shirts, I have seen them at hypermarkets such as Carrefour in the laundry together with detergents and bleaches.
