just wear the low-cut socks..a compromise between wearing a normal sock or not wearing any at all. XD

i avoid wearing white socks (especially the high ones) with jeans.. many ppl choose to do so but i find the look too "high school-ish".. for me if im wearing skinny jeans, i choose to go sockless or use ankle socks.. if im wearing my regular fit jeans, then i wear low cut socks, probably grey/navy in color..

I couldn't find at those online stores, it is actually Mr Cheung Siu Fai@Poker King wore that once. Three layers respectively - white, pink and red.

I went to a warehouse sale in amcorp mall not long ago, and they had topman shirt (labeled blackened but i know it's topman since i own the same piece) with oddly a guess jeans label stitched.

That was uber weird.

What do you guys think of all black attire for work? Black shirt, black belt, black slacks, black socks and black leather shoes to boot as well. Acceptable or plain weird?

Guys, is there a rule against wearing a cap (trucker or army style/castro cap) with a casual short sleeve or a casual long sleeve (sleeves folded up) ? How about wearing a cap with a long sleeve t shirt ?

Maybe its just me but I never seemed to wear those above combination before.

Quick question, especially for Jind who probably has every single issue of GQ magazine. I read one recently at my hair salon, and it showed the shades of blue colour that the formal shirts offer. There was one which looked like a semi translucent blue which was (if I remember correctly) voted the sexiest blue colour. Ice blue is what I have in mind. Should be in one of the magazines in this year. Is it possible you recall it, and if so, have post what sort of blue it is, and what brand it was associated with?

Edit: I just included an image to show the sort of blue colour I was talking about. That looks quite close to what I was talking about, but still not quite so (should be a lighter shade of blue), even after googling as much as possible to come up with the exact match.

hmmm i really cant recall anything like that.. anyway there are so many types of different blue.. every manufacturer will not produce the exact blue which you saw from another shirt.. it really doesn't matter what is the exact shade of blue, don't confuse yourself this way.. as long as you know whether its a light/medium/dark shade then its fine and go for that..

Yea, exactly, and that's why I wanted to ask if you knew of that particular brand with that particular colour. Frankly speaking, I'm not a big fan of solid coloured shirt, but that just blew my mind away when I saw it, but unfortunately I can't for my life recall it. It's ok, thanks for replying and trying. I might just go back there at some point of time and dig through their rack.

to be honest, that shirt is a little tacky.

you can certainly pair it with a pair of jeans (preferably dark), but imo it will not go well with sneakers. best to have shoes.
