Even in one assignment, if somebody is not happy with me, i summon he or she to discuss, and after that.......i straightaway decided to left the group, although i know that will affect their marks and made a solo assignment....

Aiyoh this is self isolation. Overcoming differences and work as a group doing assigments is the same as working. Sooner or later you have to be stuck in a group with girls who might not agree with you. that's work. This is why college is the best place for you to get used to it.

Have more confidence in yourself. Surely you have something to contribute. If your idea is better, it is. If it's not, it's not. that simple. Be brave.
