Wei.. look at their community support.. What does Activision offer?

Okay then, CoD:MW2 must have:

1) CoDTV
2) Better GUIs
3) Balanced guns / Sided weapons
4) Less cluttered, more recognizable and more iconic maps (Just like what the dev team for TF2 made their game look recognizable just by giving the it a short glimpse)
5) Mechanics that require players to develop a certain amount of skill as they play.
6) No Hardpoints / Air Support / Dogs.... -__-
7) Fix All Bugs Before Even Releasing The Game On To Shelves.
8) Nothing to let newbies get kills the easy way. Just hand them tips.
9) Make the game tactical. I don't care just try not to do it with a lame excuse like HC.
10) Hire some professional and I mean PROFESSIONAL Game Testers. (Borrow some from valvE if you must, Just get it right this time)
