guys, my watch is seiko 5, it is automatic mechanical watch, since it has no battery and need to wore everyday to keep it "running" , how long does it take to stop running if we were not wore the watch?

guys, sadly, i tested my watch and it only lasted for 8 hours .. anyone have tips to make it lasting more hours because i'm not seldom wear my watch unless going to works/outing..

btw, this is my watch, not know the exactly model (it's a gift actually)
