yup, its really nice to use the amcbook with the trackpad, i even prefer the trackpad more compared to mouse, and just like what is mentioned, i bought the mouse for xp and some basic gaming, lol. btw, mine is a brand new unit, bought it from garage sales.. white color mouse

saiga, fully charged ur battery , and leave the magsafe on it for abt 2 hours, in the meanwhile, u can use ur notebook, after that finish using up the battery until it sleeps
after tido, wait for another 5 hours or until the front lights stop blinking, then do a full recharge once more

heat issues not really a prblem for me, im using it in an aircond environment
