QUOTE(uk9089 @ Feb 12 2009, 04:50 PM) i want to know. is the new ac adapter for macbook alu easily burn? mine burn after few months using it. by the way, im using usa version macbook but i didn't use any converter ac adapter. straight to the plug. I don't think you need converter. The adapter should be universal which is can be use with 110v and 240v. But the problem with Malaysia power supply is not consistant. Better for you to get voltage regulator.

You can just connect AC power without battery. My wife always do that. So far so good.
