QUOTE(Mizo @ Jun 29 2009, 07:51 PM) http://www.orbicule.com/undercover/mac/index.htmlhere's a software invented by Orbicule tat a application is installed in ur mac, when ur u realize ur mac is stolen, they can trace ur macbook back n its works anywhere in the world cost around 49USD per comp Education discount is applicable for students and Cheaper price if u purchase multiple licenses for coporate Interesting. Any one using this at the moment? I might opt to get it. My only qualm is now effective are our ISP's and Police in handling a theft case like this. But with pictures of the user and location provided by the ISP... our inefficient police may be more motivated to hunt it down. This post has been edited by MetalZone: Jul 3 2009, 09:14 AM

Got a question, if i change my Macbook's harddrive to a larger capacity, i.e. from 120GB to 500GB, will it affect it's performance or battery life?

If you are serious buyer let me know your concern No offense meant just puting things straight. Cheers how would we know that? you simply come in and just throw in a bunch of used stuff and expect people to just take it at face value and buy from you? Despite the tag no selling in this thread why thats very responsible of you i might add. You cant even take queries and answer them properly that proves how established you are, plus before one becomes a serious buyer, one is a sceptic buyer first. It'll only affect your battery life if its a 7200RPM which directly causes heat and vibrations. Stick to 5400RPM This post has been edited by nimrod323: Jul 7 2009, 02:47 PM

Any good recommendable Hard drives for Macbook pros? well My GF is using the WD 500GB 5400RPM HDD and the gains between this and the 7200RPM version is minimal, seems pretty snappy to me, its selling for RM298 at Aone ss14 Digital Mall

Surely theres proper channels to sell your goods and good luck with that. And if people are looking for your goods they'll surely find your thread appealing since tons of prospective buyers are roaming the sales thread.
