Edit : I should have put Liberty City instead of New York

I would love to host with my 2Mbps streamyx connection but my Pentium D can't handle it. The maximum it can take is 2 players , beyond that my pc goes kaboomie
insane.gamer , how about tonight , post it up , maybe someone who wants to join our GTA IV Rumble can hop in and play !
Edit : Fallout 3 fanbois are also welcomed if someone wants to organise..I can host ;P
