From here, I calculated the total legal fees of starting a Sdn. Bhd.

Total amound RM3400+

But I heard that I need a lawyer and secretary to handle some registration part. I quote it below.

Yearly fee payable to:-

Secretary: RM960
Tax agent: RM800+
Auditor: Minimum RM500+

However, I've seen companies that help form Sdn. Bhd charging around RM2000 only to start. There should have a RM3000 fee to register my business. Which one is true?

not sure what you are confused about, you can 'start' with 1k, but every year must pay 2-3k to maintain it.

But the registration fee is RM3000, isn't it?

So each year, I need to hire lawyer, secretary and auditor to maintain my business.

The RM3000 is for registering with authorised share capital of RM100,000 to RM500,000 as quoted below. But you can register for up to RM100,000 which would only cost RM1000, so that's why you get companies for RM2000.

CODE
The registration fee for the authorized share capital is charged the following scale and is payable to the Companies Commission: MYR 1,000 for capital up to MYR 100,000; MYR 3,000 for capital MYR 100,000–500,000; MYR 5,000 for capital MYR 500,000–MYR 1 million; MYR 8,000 for capital MYR 1–5 million; MYR 10,000 for capital MYR 5–10 million; MYR 20,000 for capital MYR 10–25 million; MYR 40,000 for capital MYR 25–50 million; MYR 50,000 for capital MYR 50–100 million; MYR 70,000 for capital over MYR 100 million.

The initial fees for getting a company secretary to set up a Sdn Bhd is about RM2,000 (for authorised capital up to 100k). Maybe can even get RM1,800 if you shop around.

Yeah, the secretary's fees about RM60-80/month (so about RM960 per annum like you said). Normally the company secretary will also have an associate who can handle the tax as your tax agent. As for auditing fees, I think they charge according to your revenue.
