Honestly, there really is no such "one brand is better than the other" with these two.
Both of them will do, just buy whichever capacity rated for your mobo is cheapest.
Overclocking performance is dependent on ur mobo & skill.
I personally wouldd go for Crucial cos it's cheap now: 4GB for just RM250!
