well initial review
the plastic build quality is damn good cons. cable management with this casing appears to be best for hx1000. da1200 and op1000 dont think so. need a very long sata cable for optical drive infact seeing the ease to use this casing.. personal opinion my tj07 sux. kekeke oh yeah one major stupid con the back of the casing has so much of space yet theres no way to access it internally they could have use that for some cable management also for the gc... also this case i think is best with r2e and re. first time the tweak it can be used with ease in a case. think will actually leave the lcd poster in the case This post has been edited by cstkl1: Feb 8 2009, 02:17 AM |

QUOTE(Aura @ Feb 8 2009, 02:23 AM) That's what u call high quality plastic.... assuming that first hd 1 is nearest to the moboYeah, I also agree that the TweakIT is accessed easily based on the pic u provided.... I just love the HDD compartment..... Easy access for swapping.... officially the hot swappable cps is used at hd1 but i changed it to hd6 cause technically since all airflow is directed to the top.. my veloci and raptor will be 1,3,5 with swappable at 6. placed raptor x at 1 for the look kekeke.. but without a hx1000 i think cable management in this casing will be ugly. was planning to use the hx1000 modular cable for cpu but because of the sli i took up all the blue pin slots in the casing so no go. again a lot of thinking and some buying to do. cause need to find extension cable for the coolit pcb to be placed bottom near the psu This post has been edited by cstkl1: Feb 8 2009, 02:39 AM |

QUOTE(Aura @ Feb 8 2009, 02:48 AM) Ic ic.... Then which means that u onli can do hot swap on one compartment la.... Better than nothing.... not with a i7 broOh yeah btw, cstkl1.... Wanna ask.... If my room is quite hot, will the CoolIT be a good companion??? My fren told me that it is no good for me coz of condensation so, he suggests me to go for WC.... Need to get a nice cooling kit.... Now still considering which one to get.... even stock voltages keep warm enough from condensation also make sure its a elite not the norm one.. but overall result i think it caps out at around 4.2ghz anything above that linx is more than 80c |

well for dfi especially x58 no point u go for dk /jr
the i7 proc and dram is very paticular for vdimm voltage. hence y i had a issue running 2000mhz CL7 on r2e the dfi UT is exact voltage. oh yeah bachus the corsair engineer rated good x58 mobo with exact voltage dfi x58 ut, gigabyte ud5, p6t deluxe. he said the r2e and p6t varies a lot. Added on February 26, 2009, 3:25 pmthis board is nuts took me 6 mins to install vista 64 fresh. at 4.2ghz veloci raid 0 ram 2000mhz CL7 1n This post has been edited by cstkl1: Feb 26 2009, 03:25 PM |

QUOTE(razr_sped @ Feb 26 2009, 06:42 PM) 6 min as in ground zero start?...it fast... eh be specificmind telling me how long it took on i7 platform for installation s i hav no chance to touch i7... thx what u mean by installation lyn 99% computer setup cpa ayam casing+ mobo+proc+stock cooler+ahfat psu+ ah fat sdn bhd cabling + windows installation+driver+update installation 10 -15mins windows installation 30-1 hour depending on ram cpu hdd driver download .. 4mbps line under 10 mins update 1hour etc for windows vista ... lyn 1% computer setup usually buy ure casing first. then see what wattage and psu design that will fit or think of both before u do anything. and then think of the cable management advantage then look are ure mobo and look at the casing + psu cabling etc then hdd sata's etc etc cooling option etc etc infact just thinking before buying can take 2 weeks and after getting all the stuff just sitting there and thinking can take a few hours. also always do one hardware at a time slowly. my cabling always mobo must be clear and must be able to be removed to put in another mobo anytime i want with all the connectors at a fixed design aka foxconn design so asus/dfi/msi/foxconn... gaygay is stupid. |

the crucial ram has nothing to do with this.. Added on February 27, 2009, 3:01 amalso .. it depends on what ure gc setup and what ure proc speeds Added on February 27, 2009, 3:03 amalso his head.. max long term is not 1.65v also theres tons of ram that beats the crucial ram the gt is a different class This post has been edited by cstkl1: Feb 27 2009, 03:14 AM |
