Hi there, yes indeed 2G network can reselect to 3G network to utilize their network capacity but there's limitation of using 2G SIM @ 3G network ( invisible to end user) u cant enjoy 3G services e.g HSPAbut now i heard even with older sim card also will automatically support 3g
Cant talk more on details it void the company policy
