white iphone 4 is not available yet until december..they plan to release it on Christmas, when it's available i'm sure DiGi n Maxis will bring in

If don't want contract for 3GS, Maxis is selling it for RM1990 for 8GB if you buy a prepaid starter pack from them. But for 16GB or above not sure if it's available for purchase without contract.

How should we know? It was everybody guess when actually Maxis and Digi gonna launch Iphone 4 before. If you really want the white Iphone 4, you just have to wait. Remember, the christmas date is actually not confirm yet. Who knows what other problems there might be. But really, just get the black Iphone 4 and be done with it. Get a skin or cover to personalise it. Or else, just WAIT.

white predicts sacret hehe, if those who can't wait for such release in malaysia, they always can opt for sg set right? hmmm but how if someone bought in sg and sell at their maxis outlet and provide same warranty like the black they are offering, is it legal???

Thanks for the replies about the iphone 3GS price in KL... but I just wonder that... I'll be in KL at the end of this month for a meeting and only chance to buy an iphone for me is the store sellings... so what is the avarage price for iphone at the stores... thanks again...

Its a software unlocked phone meaning the iPhone was originally locked to o2. Seller use software to unlock in order to use it in Msia. Why not you PM him to clarify?

i am new iphone 4 user (maxis set)

from i know maxis set is officially unlocked right?

current running OS during purchase is 4.0.2,baseband 01.59.00

after i upgrade to 4.1 baseband change to 02.10.04 is it normal?

it doesnt mean anything does it? its the modem's firmware version. i guess i should be upgraded when the iOS is upgraded

just worried if suddenly iPhone is locked to maxis because of baseband update (no such thing like this hopefully)

so far as i know officially unlocked iphone is SIM free, and no need to worry when updating OS
