title transfer, need help

hi all,
1) how much on average does it cost to transfer a name of an appointed guardian to that of the guards(children that were put under her legal care as they weren't 18 yet)? 2) can the process of transferring be halted during the procedure of getting a court order (i'm being charged rm3k+) and then handed to another lawyer? P.S. Can recommend a few lawyers which charge a reasonable prce and are trustworthy shud no. 2 be an option. thank u |
