which developer is trustworthy in JB?, IOI group or Asiatic

Reason being, IOI seems more serious about going about their business as a developer than Asiatic |

I found that IOI has very poor management... houses full of red ants & too much supply & no demand near Kulai
& the roads in IOI area is very poor, flooding as well & no street lights. it's like IOI has poor relation with G to maintain roads & so forth... |
