wait....DQVIII is going to be on DS and now DQIX is going to Wii? looks like Wii is set to stay on pole position in Japan for some time to come since the japanese are most crazy about DQ and MHunter.

No lah why. Its DQ 10. X. Sepuluh. Ju.

And I just heard millions of kids pengsan in one shot due to this news.

oh right, VII was the lvl5 one on ps2 right? and now this..... are lvl5 going to be back?

DQ VIII developed by Level 5....... DQ X not sure yet.

yes please !!! but lvl5's still painfully small-time, they need support/resources from Sony Studio to do Rogue Galaxy and Jeanne D'arc and hence that's why they were sony exclusives (second party?).

layton was their first independent title, can nintendo/SE step in pls?

DQ 1-4 on FC
DQ 5-6 on SFC
DQ 7 on PS
DQ 8 on PS2
DQ 9 on NDS
DQ10 on Wii

4, 5 and 6 ported to DS also.

Not counting ports and remakes lah

i only have a faint recollection of DQVII. oh wait, gundam is selling it!

Anyway, really happy that DQX is going to Wii. It makes perfect business sense for Square Enix to do that as well.

And yes, it seems like it is already under development.

The thing is, the DS remake of DQ is.... u know, a remake.
Perhaps a brand new DQ for DS would be nice,
if the DS title can connect to Wii lagi best.
