Hi,
I am 23 in 2009, and have been working for 1 year after graduated overseas. Monthly income RM3500. I am looking to buy a landed property costs around RM170,000.00. Do you think it is possible to get a housing loan ? If not, what are the minimum requirements to get a housing loan ? Thanks. |
