yeah, I applied like three months ago..only recently I was contacted and got the interview. There are 3 stages:

1st stage: written test; career aspirations, strength & weaknesses, tell something about yourself..followed by f2f interview. they asked me about myself, my major, extracurricular activities...and the interviewer was more interested in my current job as she asked more about it, what I do, where do I go, etc. because I am currently working when they called me for the interview...also they knew how much I was paid. (so hopefully they can give more la hehe  tongue.gif )

2nd stge: Personality test. this one is outsourced, all I have to do is answer 52 questions on my values i.e. ranked from high priority to low priority for me e.g. they give you statements and you rank from highest to lowest which one matches your work ethics/your own values; "I seldom break the rules", "I like to work alone", etc.

3rd stage: This is the final stage. I am yet to go for this one, but it will be sometime in January...so I have to wait..and maybe negotiate my interview date since in January my company has so many events in line.

Thanks Lazziboy for the well wish! Hopefully my explanation helps. Did you apply for the same position too?

Hi Rawsha!

Well, how should I start? I am not setting any expectations/poisoning the well but I just want to tell you that after the 3rd stage iv, I felt, really exhausted. Like, REALLY exhausted because this one requires you to think on your feet and at the same time you must not give all/lose all.

The final stage iv is outsourced, so you won't see any people from SC iv-ing you in this stage.

Okay, in the 3rd stage, there are 3 sub sections in it, as of below:

Case study: you are given a paragraph for you to read, and then there is a question asking you what you should do pertaining the case, and tell the interviewer why. You must give your rationale and have to lead the interviewer along your line of thought to make sense of your answer.

Emotional quotient: you are given 2 sets of cards, one representing your career dreams/actions, another one representing things that you'll feel/do outside of work. Rank them from the lowest priority to the highest for these two.

Role-playing: You will take on a role of someone in the industry, and the interviewer will take on 3 different roles (stakeholders). So, you will be given a situation in which you find yourself in, and confront the different stakeholder. This is more to test your ability to think on your feet and also your negotiation skills along with your people skills.

Hopefully this helps!  rclxms.gif
