Seems like quite expensive paying RM150 for a 150k protection. Got extra stuff in there boh? Mine is 200k protection but I'm paying RM106 per month nia.. and I move it around when I flip properties.

Wei wei I very fickleminded weh... wanna buy, then dun wan, then wan, then dun wan... Still deciding for Zest or Setia Walk or the new PJD development at Cheras 

currently i tink the cheapest unit is block C level 2 (RM220k+) and the most ex is block B level 1 garden unit (RM290k+). all units are priced within the RM200k range, which is relatively affordable n might help explain the fast take up rate.

you are so lucky to get such unit block C 13th floor    somemore....better view n better parking place.....must be someone loan is not approve...

This is the first time i see Zest is advertising on The Star.
