We have now 17 units going for our group loan package.  Some will be given BLR-2.2 due to their lower risk portfolio and credit rating.  ZEC and without MRTA.  RHB is also throwing in a DVD player each.

Btw, RHB's lock-in period is from its 1st disbursement/drawdown where as most banks, including PBB, have lock-ins of 5 years from final disbursement of loan.  As such, effectively, RHB's lock-in is 2 years from VP where as for PBB, the lock-in period of 5 years starts from VP....overall 8 years (3 years during construction and another 5 years upon VP)  Do check your letters of offer...
*
RATES FROM RHB, BLR-2% is ZEC, BLR-2.2% is NZEC.

Pai,
I wanted to go for Zest, but when I look back (economic crisis and ramp issue) and I am very suspicious on the ramp issue (Trinity keep changing their story)...that's why I did not go for it. Better save the "bullet" just in case...haha

Eugene,
Good luck....haha
I do really hope Zest would not be the same fate as Puncak Jalil...hehe

Just a gentle reminder....you will never know, and in property, everything can be changed/revised...right? haha....

Why not i sell you mine at a capped price since you're sooo 'scared' say 300k ? Mine is a nice unit with side by side carpark.

If everything you said are there do you think the developer still selling at 200psf? Pls judge

rhb better than ocbc?
but it's 0.2 difference wor...

public bank really check maximum.. rhb only called to confirm my employment but public bank check so many things and need so many documents!

Heard that OCBC -2.3% is NZEC, and we can finance all the legal fees into the loan amount.

Am i not right? nod.gif

rclxms.gif yub! yub! that is correct.  thumbup.gif to OCBC

I think not worth it, legals fees alone cost 3k+ and monthly savings less than rm10. how long i takes to recover back the 3k+
