Reasons:
EON offered full flexi.
Reason not to take:
RHB - Semi Flexi
PBB - Final drawout only starting counting the lockout period for 5 years. Means if construction need 3 years , then total lockout period will be 3 + 5 = 8 yearsss!!!!!!!
