Zest can only get the CF if there a ramp. If the LRT is true, as you guys stated, they might build the underpass (or under tunnel). If got LRT but no ramp or no underpass (under tunnel), pls re-confirm with Trinity on the CF....

Pls check it out the ramp (or underpass/ under tunnel) on how they going to build.
Somehow, the road at the main entrance of BK9, it is hard to expand the road (left and right, also got BK9 houses already)
i don't think they will built any LRT station near the Taman Kinrara (army camp) there, that place is a bit secluded and the population I don't think will warrant building of lrt station. Beside at night time around 6-7pm, the traffic there is a nightmare, no body will want to walk in such a dark area risk getting rob, the road is very very dark and bad condition. I live there for more than 10 years I think this Island & Penisular company only like to built houses and never develop and maintain the Bandar Kinrara township. Whenever those folks that need to go home, most of the time they will need to passby the whole strech of dark street which give really bad scary feelings of being mob even though I drive all the time. This is just my view alone and doesn't represent any opinion of kinrara peoples.So, if the "new" LRT is true,
