Anybody done any analysis to see the custodians of this place? Young couples, students, newly weds, etc?
There's some mixed feelings about the Zest as I'm personally looking at a landed in Kinrara 9. While the Zest opens opportunities & development, I'm also unsure if the place will be ultra-congested. |
