heard that ocbc edy reach their quota. Pbb unlikely finance for 90% margin, the rest of the banks seems not really attractive enuff on the package.

personally, i would prefer type A KLCC view. reason being its a corner unit n there's unobstructed view of the pj + kl skyline. although it might be noisier as its facing the main road, the shoplots would help act as a buffer for the unit. golf view as some forumners have pointed out...might have some degree of blockage from the DBKL flats / hill. hence if u noticed, the zest website states hill view instead of golf view...

chief, type A doesn't necessarily face west. units 1 + 12 would be west facing but units 6 + 7 is towards the pool. btw, i took type C coz i was intrigued by the walk in wardrobe design for the master bedroom. hehe, no worries...no offence taken
