so Great to knowed this forum, and learn a lot form you all "Tai Go" and "Tai Ka Jie"
I am going to sighn my S&P Soon by end of this week, anything that I have to take Note ?
I am getting a Loan offer from OCBC BLR-2.3 Semi-flexi, FEC- what do your think ?

wow!! RHB giving you guy BLR -2.2 now... is too bad during my time just give out BLR - 2.1 and was told by Ms wong (brach manger) this is best of the best rate. so end up I take OCBC....

ya. mine one same blr -2.3 is the best rate.

base on a very simple calculation, referring to the Loan amount and monthly installment.. OCBC turn up the less Figure i need to pay for so I just go ahed with them nod.gif

I wish that's is true that BLK A fully sold to Korean ppl, so that we dun need to wait further but till now dun have any actual announcement form the managment, and not even put in the paper....
