my friend rented his house in bdr puteri to african students and they pay 3 months advance rental
Everytime ! Very good paymaster ! And d rental Is higher at rm400 xtra compared to normal Without furrnitures. |

do they provide end financing with 98% loan ?? like pay 2% downpayment, and get rebate for the 8%...and bank loan 90% ?? |
