Theres a list of different packages from diff banks under the topic latest mortgage rate for housing loan packages that is pinned up. As far as i know it is still up to date.

Forgotten what I was told exactly but there will be some amendments. Don't remember how the amendments work.

Yup. Most banks are pulling out/ have pulled all those rates from the shelves.
