i got a unit at Tower B Type B, But i dont like the master bedroom layout, cos it is sleep behind WC and Wash Basin. Can we request developer change the basin & WC to the other side?

Thanks for the advised for all zester. Actually this is a small issued to me. the type B layout i think can get 80/100 marks, if the deverloper can change the toilet layout it will get 90/100 mark. if can facing golf view and without DBKL "apartment" if will perfect.

i agree with u, specially main door normally have a door closer. after put it, i thk we cant open up to 90 degree. but ur eyes really too shape. this small issue u also can capture. haha... but it only 3-d visualization, hopefully actual unit will have spare to fully open

If i not wrong market price for condo around 1200sf at Taman Desa , Taman Seputeh, and Bangsar South also around 300k - 400k. i dont thk our location better than these area. Anyway after 3 - 4 years i dont know how much they will sell.
